“Wow, that was fun, but first and foremost… I have NEVER in all my years knowing (my friend) seen her so excited about something!!!! OMG, she just doesn't have that kind of happy energy ever, especially after her 10 hour workday and 2 hour rush hour commute from San Rafael, it's very exciting to witness. – Laurie Moore, Violinist, Santa Rosa Symphony

New doors of possibility open for you in the Magic of Music workshop. We come together and express ourselves fully, listening to each other and playfully creating in community.
Bringing a range of experience and a background in facilitating creative workshops, Magic of Music leaders Patricia Hatfield, Judith Lerner and Cheryl Ulrich provide drums, percussion and melodic instruments and a wide variety of playful techniques that have everyone making music together quickly and easily!
They are offering a free weekend of Magic of Music to people who lost their homes in the recent fires to relax, release, and restore at a magical, musical retreat in the Redwoods at CYO Camp in Occidental on January 26 – 28, 2018.
“Music is as innate as the rhythm of your heart, as close to your being as the hum of your soul, and as intrinsic as the silent space between each breath. Release any limiting beliefs you have about your own inner musical spirit and recognize that in all the elements of music, you will find a gateway into the healing benefits of sound.” -Christine Stevens
